- Oats
- Nut Butter

Cook oats with a choice of milk on the stovetop or over the campfire with a tsp of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey or nut butter

When the oats have soaked up the milk, take it off the heat (make sure you don’t cook them dry)

Add to your bowl with crunchy granola or nuts, a mix of fruit, dollop of peanut butter.
