Base
250gNaked Foods Cashew Coconut Butter*
100gRice Malt Syrup*
20gAlmond Milkunsweetened
150gAlmond Meal*
30gCoconut Flour*
2.5tspCinnamon Powder*
1.5tspGround Ginger*
0.5tspVanilla Bean Paste
Topping
300gWhite Chocolate Melted
METHOD
1. Mix all base ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms
2. Press dough firmly into a lined baking tin and freeze for 30 minutes
3. Spread chocolate over base and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is solid
4. Slice and enjoy!
