1. Preheat your oven to 175’C (350″F)
2. Line a baking sheet set aside.
3. Pour your nuts onto your prepared baking sheet and toss to combine.
4. Bake nuts for 10 minutes until lightly toasted, golden and fragrant.
5. While your nuts are toasting, place all remaining ingredients (coconut oil, maple syrup, chopped rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper) into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
6. Once your nuts are lightly toasted, remove from the oven, pour into the bowl with your sweet and spicy, rosemary glaze and toss to coat.
7. Pour your glazed nuts back onto the baking sheet and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes or so (just make sure you stay close by to ensure they don’t catch and burn) to allow the glaze to caramelize and “set” onto your toasted nuts.
8. Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
