1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a small loaf tin with baking paper
2. Make vanilla batter by mixing all vanilla batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth
3. Make chocolate batter by mixing cocoa power and coconut cream with 150g vanilla batter until smooth
4. Dollop/swirl chocolate and vanilla batter together in the lined loaf tin
5. Bake for approx 50min or until a skewer comes out clean (bake times may vary depending on size of loaf tin)
6. Allow to cool in tin for 30min before removing loaf from tin and allowing to cool completely on a cooling rack
7. Ensure to allow loaf to cool completely before slicing
