Combine yogurt with cacao and organic agave syrup in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top with silvered almonds, cacao nibs and fresh raspberries.
Freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen. Break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve cold.
