1. Combine base ingredients in a bowl until dough forms.
2. Press dough into silicon baking tray and freeze while making peanut butter layer.
3. Combine peanut butter layer ingredients in a bowl and spread over base layer. Freeze for one hour.
4. Remove bars from freezer and slice before combining topping ingredients and dipping bars into chocolate.
5. Optional: drizzle with peanut butter and crushed nuts.
