Peanut Butter & Salted Caramel Protein Bars

Raw, Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free

Makes 6 bars.
Prep time: 15 minutes.
Setting Time: 1 hour.



  • 25g coconut flour*
  • 20g vegan salted caramel protein*
  • 10g natural peanut butter*
  • 5g natural sweetener (try stevia or coconut sugar)*
  • 75ml almond milk

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 40g natural peanut butter*
  • 10g salted caramel protein powder
  • 5g melted coconut oil*
  • 5g natural sweetener (try stevia or coconut sugar)*
  • Pinch of salt*


  • 50g melted dark chocolate*
  • 10g coconut oil*, melted

      *available at Naked Foods


        1. Combine base ingredients in a bowl until dough forms.

        2. Press dough into silicon baking tray and freeze while making peanut butter layer.
        3. Combine peanut butter layer ingredients in a bowl and spread over base layer. Freeze for one hour.
        4. Remove bars from freezer and slice before combining topping ingredients and dipping bars into chocolate.
        5. Optional: drizzle with peanut butter and crushed nuts.
