1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Combine tahini, oil and water in a small bowl and whisk with a spoon or fork to combine.
4. Pour over the dry mix and stir until evenly incorporated.
5. Spread out in a thin single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.
6. Remove from the oven. Now is the time to add any dried fruit or coconut shreds. I added 1/3 cup coconut.
7. Allow to cool before serving – it will crisp up as it cools. Enjoy!
