Gooey Double Choc Walnut Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are no ordinary cookies, filled with walnut, oatmeal and double the gooey chocolate. It is enough to make your mouth water.

INGREDIENTS
- 180 G Organic Wholemeal Bakers Plain Flour*
- 100 G Organic Rolled Oats*
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda*
- 150 G Organic Coconut Sugar*
- 140 G Vegan Butter At room temperature (or coconut oil, slightly melted)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt*
- 20 G Organic Rice Malt Syrup*
Add Ins:
- 100 G White Chocolate* Roughly Chopped
- 100 G Dark chocolate* Roughly Chopped
- 80 G Australian Natural Walnuts* Roughly Chopped
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 170C fan forced.

2. Mix all cookie dough ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms (if it’s still crumbly, add 1 tbsp of water).

3. Fold in all the mix in until well distributed.

4. Use an ice cream scoop and scoop out 10-12 balls (do not flatten).

5. Optional for extra thick cookies: Allow to cool in the freezer for an hour.

6. Bake for 10-11min or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

7. Allow to cool on the pan for 10min before removing to a cooling rack.
Note: these are best eaten when warm but can be frozen and then microwaved for 20-30 seconds.Add to Cart
