This delicious banana bread recipe is gluten-free and easy to make. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Organic Buckwheat Flour*
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Aluminium Free Baking Powder*
- 1 Tbsp Organic ground Cinnamon*
Wet Ingredience
- 3 Overripe banana's and one semi-ripe
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Organic maple syrup*
- 1/4 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

2. Mash the ripe bananas and fold through all wet ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Combine all dry ingredients and then gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring.

4. Pour into a lined loaf tin and add the last banana on top, sliced in half lengthways.

5. Bake for about an hour, or until a knife comes out clean.

6. Wait for the loaf to cool before you slice and enjoy!
