These vegan-friendly double chocolate muffins are not only fluffy but are the ultimate comfort food.

INGREDIENTS
- 100 g Organic Raw Dark Chocolate*
- 1 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar*
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter*
- 1 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar*
- 1 Tbsp Bi-carb Free Baking Soda*
- 1 Pinch Salt*
- 1 Cup Organic Unbleached White Bakers Flour*
- 1/2 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°c.

2. Melt dark chocolate with almond milk.

3. Whisk in coconut sugar, almond butter, apple cider vinegar and salt.

4. Sift in flour and cacao powder into the bowl.

5. Stir until just combined before folding in choc chips.

6. Pour into muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes.
