Healthy inspired and Vegan friendly, these Nutella Bombs will have you exploding with flavour.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Organic Pitted Dates* Soaked
- 1 Cup Raw Hazelnuts*
- 1/4 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
- Pinch Salt*
For the Filling
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 Tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
For the topping (optional)
- Dark Chocolate* Melted
- Raw Hazelnuts* Chopped
METHOD

1. Add dates, hazelnuts, cacao powder and salt to a blender/food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.

2. In a small bowl mix together coconut cream and cacao powder.

3. Roll dough into balls adding chocolate cream to the centre of eat.

4. Put in the fridge to cool before drizzling over melting chocolate and sprinkling chopped hazelnuts.
