This choc peanut butter fudge is out of this world yummy and made with simple staple ingredients and it is Vegan and Gluten Free.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter*
- 1/2 Cup Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil*
- 1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup*
- 1/3 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
- 1/4 Cup Protein Powder of choice Can be substitute for Almond meal.
For the Topping
- 75 G Vegan Caramel Chocolate*
- 25 G Vegan Dark Chocolate*
METHOD

1. Add peanut butter, coconut oil and rice malt syrup to a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.

2. Stir though cacao and protein powder. Pour into a lined baking tray and put in the fridge to set.

3. Make topping by melting caramel and dark chocolate in two separate bowls.

4. Pour caramel chocolate over set fudge. Drizzle dark chocolate on top and marble with a skewer.

5. Put back in the fridge to set before slicing. store in the fridge for up to a week. Can also be frozen and left to soften before eating.
