Overnight Mixed Grain Porridge

This recipe is packed with plant food diversity, plant based protein and fibre. Plus it’s perfect for meal prep and so yum!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Grain Porridge Mix*
- 1 Tbsp Organic LSA Mix*
- 1 Tbsp Organic Black Chia Seeds*
- 1 Tbsp Natural Australian Hemp Seeds*
- 1 Big Scoop Raw Organic Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder*
- 1 Tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon*
- 1 Pinch Organic Cardamom Powder*
- 1/2 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Kefir Plain or flavoured
METHOD

1. In an airtight container, combine the mixed grain porridge mix, LSA, chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, cardamon, milk and water and stir well.

2. Place in the fridge and leave overnight – or for at least 30 minutes.

3. Remove from the fridge, stir through the kefir and serve topped with whatever you like!

4. This recipe serves two, split the mix into two Tupperware containers, pop one back in the fridge for the next day.
