If you have a bit of a sweet tooth and love your deserts then this recipe is for you. Combining three yummy deserts into one, you won't have the self-control to resist making it!

INGREDIENTS
- 50 g Coconut oil * Melted
- 220 g Coconut sugar *
- 2 Egg yolks
- 300 g Self raising flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder *
- 100 g Marshmallows (optional add in)
- 1000 g Dark chocolate chunks * (optional add in)
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°C

2. In a bowel, mix all cookie ingredients until a dough forms

3. Line a baking tin with glad wrap/cling film and press 1/3 of the cookie dough into the base until evenly distributed

4. Remove cookie dough from base, wrap and freeze whilst making the rest of the cookie pie

5. With the remaining cookie dough, press it into the tray lined with baking paper. Ensure that cookie dough is evenly distributed along the base and 3-4cm up the sides of the tray

6. Place your add ins into the centre of the cookie pie before covering it with the cookie dough base in the freezer

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes

8. Allow to cool for 10-15 mins before slicing
