Air Fryer Peaches With Oat Crumble

An amazing quick and healthy dessert for entertaining,made using Naked Foods whole ingredients by Catilin Rule @goodnessavenue
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe yellow peaches pitted
- 1 cup rolled oats*
- 1/2 cup oat flour*
- 3 tbsp maple syrup*
- 3 tbsp coconut oil* melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tso cinnamon*
- 1 pinch salt*
METHOD

1. Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pit. Place the peach, cut-side up on a piece of baking paper. Dust each with cinnamon; set aside

2. Mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.

3. Divide the oat topping evenly over the peaches.

4. Add peaches on the baking paper to the air fryer basket and cook at 160C/320F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cooking at a low heat helps prevent the topping from browning too early*.

5. If desired, top servings with a scoop of ice cream or yoghurt.
