This apple crumble cake recipe is cozy and perfect for eating snuggled under blankets watching Netflix.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Apple Grated
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Applesauce
- 1/4 Cup Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil*
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar*
- 1 1/2 Cup Blanched Almond Meal*
- 1 Cup Oat Flour*
- 2 Tsp Aluminium Free Baking Powder*
- 2 Tbs Spices Organic ground Cinnamon*, Nutmeg* and Allspice
For the Crumble Top
- 1 Apple Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Oat Flour*
- 1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats*
- 2 Tbs Organic Rice Malt Syrup*
- Organic Raw Walnuts* Chopped, to taste
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°c

2. Add grated apple, almond milk, applesauce, coconut oil and coconut sugar to a bowl. Stir to combine.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined, making sure not to over mix.

4. Pour into lined cake tin.

5. Cut up an apple into thing slices and place on top of cake.

6. Mix together crumble ingredients and crumble over the top of the bake.

7. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until cooked through.

8. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
