Buckeye Balls

These easy homemade buckeye balls will satisfy your cravings for sweets and healthy snacks! This no-bake chocolate treat is made with freshly made organic peanut butter, so you don't have to feel guilty about indulging. Your kids can help you make them! Created by – @sarahfitfoodie
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Smooth Peanut Butter*
- 100 g rice malt syrup (or honey)
- 100 g coconut flour
- 20 g coconut oil* melted
- 250 g Chocolate *
- 5 g coconut oil*
METHOD

Mix all ingredients, except chocolate, in a bowl until a dough forms

Divide the dough into 20 balls and roll each ball until smooth

In the microwave, melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30s increments until the chocolate is melted

Dip each peanut ball into the chocolate and place in the fridge/freezer for 10-15min or until the chocolate is firm

To store, place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
