Delicious, sweet carrot cake donuts made using whole ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
Donut Dry Ingredients
- 80 g self-raising flour
- 80 g almond flour*
- 15 g coconut flour*
- 70 g coconut sugar*
- 1/2 tsp bi-card soda*
- 1/2 tsp baking powder*
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Donut Wet Ingredients
- 40 g olive oil or coconut oil
- 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100 g carrots finely grated
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined

3. Add donut ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms

4. Lightly grease 6 donut trays

5. Bake for 12-14 min or until a toothpick comes out clean

6. Allow to cool before icing

7. To make icing, mix icing ingredients until smooth

8. Optional: sprinkle each donut with cinnamon on top
