Craving something sweet after dinner? Why not try this Cherry Berry Crumble. Bursting with cherries and blackberries, it will satisfy any sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS
- 500 G Frozen Cherries
- 200 G Frozen Blackberries
- 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Plain Flour*
- 75 G Vegan Butter
- 1 Tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon*
- 100 G Organic Coconut Sugar*
- 1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Flaked Quinoa*
- 1/2 Cup Flaked Almonds*
- 1/3 Cup Organic Raw Dark Chocolate*
METHOD

1. Allow the fruit to defrost and drain in a strainer over a large bowl. Chop the fruit in half and use to cover the base of a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180C.

2. In a food processor, pulse the flour, cinnamon and butter a few times until a crumbly mixture forms. Gently stir through the remaining ingredients until well combined.

3. Carefully crumble the mixture over the top of the fruit in an even layer, and bake for 35 – 40 minutes, or until the top is golden.

4. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving with your favourite dairy free ice-cream or custard!
