INGREDIENTS
Base
- 250g Naked Foods Cashew Coconut Butter*
- 100g Rice Malt Syrup*
- 20g Almond Milk unsweetened
- 150g Almond Meal*
- 30g Coconut Flour*
- 2.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder*
- 1.5 tsp Ground Ginger*
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Topping
- 300g White Chocolate Melted
METHOD

1. Mix all base ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms

2. Press dough firmly into a lined baking tin and freeze for 30 minutes

3. Spread chocolate over base and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is solid

4. Slice and enjoy!
