Chunky Monkey Brownies are full of banana and chocolate goodness that you will be drooling over them while eating them.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Organic Buckwheat Flour*
- 1/2 Cup Oat Flour*
- 1/2 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
- 1 Tbs Aluminium Free Baking Powder*
- 1 Tbs Organic Ground Cinnamon*
- Pinch Salt*
- 2 Large Bananas Ripe & Mashed
- 1 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup*
- 3/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Nut Butter Recommend Almond Butter
- Handful Dark Chocolate Chips*
- 1 Tsp Peanut Butter* For the marble
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a square tray with baking paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, sift buckwheat flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir all ingredients together.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, mash 2 bananas with a fork, add maple syrup, plant based milk, vanilla extract, nut butter and mix until combined.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and thoroughly mix together. Add chocolate chips and stir through.

5. Evenly pour mixture into the lined baking tray. Add dollops of peanut butter and swirl with a skewer or knife to create a marble look. Bake in the oven for around 30 mins or until cooked through. Allow to cool down & enjoy!
