Easy 3 Ingredient Vegan Cookies

An easy recipe, perfect for after school or morning tea.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Overripe Banana
- 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter*
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats*
Optional
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon*
- 1/2 tsp seasalt*
- 1/4 cup nuts, choc chips or seeds*
METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºc

2. Add banana to a bowl and mash with a fork

3. Add peanut butter and stir to combine

4. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon and seasalt, then stir through through any add ins
-
5. Roll out into approximately 6-8 balls and place on a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with your fingers

6. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are cripsy and golden. Remove from oven and enjoy!
