Golden Spiced Salted Caramel Cashew Butter Cups

These Vegan and Gluten-Free Golden Spiced Salted Caramel Cashew Butter Cups give you a boost of energy, containing a mix espresso and creamy cashew butter.

INGREDIENTS
Filling
- 1/2 cup Cashew Butter*
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp turmeric*
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon*
- 1 Pch ground ginger*
- 1 Pch salt*
Cups
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips*
- 1 pk instant coffee or ground
METHOD

1. Melt the chocolate chips with coffee

2. Spoon mix into muffin tray or cases

3. Freeze the mix for approx. 5 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients

4. Mix the cashew butter, vanilla, spices and salt until silky smooth

5. Remove cups from freezer and spoon cashew filling in to the cups

6. Sprinkle with extra sea salt (opt)
