These Molten Lava Cakes are a chocoholics dream! Full of chocolate, you will want to have more and more.

INGREDIENTS
- 130 G Organic White Bakers Flour*
- 160 G Coconut Sugar*
- 30 G Organic Cocoa Powder*
- 1/2 Tsp Aluminium free baking Powder*
- 1/2 Tsp Bicarb Soda*
- 130 G Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar*
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 80 G Apple Sauce
Filling
- 24 Squares Dark Chocolate*
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 170C.

2. Mix all the cake ingredients until smooth.

3. Divide batter into 4 greased ramekins.

4. Gently press frozen chocolate squares into each ramekin and cover with batter.

5. Bake for 15-18min and allow to cool for 5 min before removing from ramekin. Enjoy!
