This No Bake Turtle Brownie is made from raw ingredients and will make you feel as good as it tastes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Organic Pitted Dates* Soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes to soften.
- 3/4 Cup Australian Natural Walnuts*
- 3/4 Cup Pesticide Free Almonds*
- 1/4 Cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Pinch Salt
For the Caramel:
- 1 Cup Organic Pitted Dates* Soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes to soften.
- 1 Tbs Coconut Yoghurt
For the Topping
- Raw Pecan Nut Kernels*
- Choc Chips
- Raw Organic Cacao Nibs*
METHOD

1. Add base ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.

2. Press evenly into a lined baking tray and set aside in the fridge

3. Make caramel by blending the dates and coconut yoghurt together until smooth.

4. Spread on top of brownies and top with chopped pecans and chocolate chips, lightly pressing into the caramel.

5. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
