NUT FREE Tahini Caramel Bliss Balls

Bliss balls:

Chocolate coating (optional):

Method:

  1. Pop all ingredients for seed balls in food processor and blitz until it forms a dough.
  2. Roll into balls and pop in freezer. If coating with chocolate you can use melted chocolate – or make the chocolate by melting coconut oil then whisk in cacao and maple.
  3. Roll the balls through the chocolate and place on baking paper then repeat another 1-2 times to coat well. Pop back in freezer to set completely. Store and serve from fridge or freezer.
