Oaty Peanut Butter Breakfast Mug Cake

Want a dessert that’s good enough to have for breakfast? Well, here it is made with delicious organic 5-grain goodness porridge mix, some raw chocolate and freshly made peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Organic 5 Grain Goodness Mix*
- 1/8 Cup Chocolate Coconut Chips*
- 1 Egg Or replacer
- 1/2 Cup Milk Of your Choice
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter*
- 4 Squares Organic Mylk Chocolate*
METHOD

1. Place all ingredients, except for peanut butter and chocolate in a power blender or a cup blender and process for 30 seconds.

2. Pour into a cup. Dollop in the peanut butter.

3. Finely chop chocolate and sprinkle on top. Microwave for 90 seconds and enjoy–the cake will be quite hot, especially the peanut butter in the centre and the chocolate so you might want to let it cool down for 2-3 minutes before serving
