Whip up a batch of delicious Pancakes Balls with this simple recipe by Hannah Medellin. Perfect for breakfast, snacking and even dessert! Just pop one over your mouth and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk any, I used coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons salted butter melted, or vegetable Oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips
METHOD

Add all ingredients expect the chocolate to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Place mixture into pan, and fill with a few pieces of cholate in the middle.

Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 10mins.
