Peanut Butter Cups are the ultimate treat to satisfy any sweet tooth and are super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
- 100 G Organic Raw Dark Chocolate*
- 1 Tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil*
Peanut Butter Filling
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter*
- 1/4 Cup Organic Rice Malt Syrup*
- 2 Tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil*
METHOD

1. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.

2. Use half of the melted chocolate to put in the bottom of muffins cases. Put in the freezer to set.

3. Add peanut butter, syrup and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Pour over bases and put in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.

4. Pour remaining melted chocolate over the top and put in the fridge to set. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
