Tis the season for festive sweet treats. These Red Velvet Truffles are the perfect dessert for Christmas.
INGREDIENTS
Dough Ingredients
- 70g Cashew Butter*
- 150g Rice Malt*
- 150g Almond Meal*
- 20g Almond Milk
- 9-10 drops Red Food Colouring
- 7g Cocoa Powder*
- 100g Coconut Flour*
Filling
- 16 tsp cream cheese (vegan alternative)
Coating
- 350g White Chocolate*
METHOD

Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms

Make 16 dough balls and form a hole in each ball

Fill each ball with cream cheese and gently mould dough around the cream cheese

Dip each ball into melted white chocolate and allow to set in fridge for 15 minutes
