SALTED TAHINI GRANOLA

Prepare and cook this delicious (nut-free, vegan and refined sugar free) and healthy granola in 20 minutes and make the whole week ahead of time!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats*
- 1/3 cup pepitas*
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds*
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds*
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds*
- 2 tsp cinnamon*
- pinch sea salt*
- 1 tbsp tahini*
- 1 tbsp olive oil*
- 1 tbsp warm water
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

3. Combine tahini, oil and water in a small bowl and whisk with a spoon or fork to combine.

4. Pour over the dry mix and stir until evenly incorporated.

5. Spread out in a thin single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.

6. Remove from the oven. Now is the time to add any dried fruit or coconut shreds. I added 1/3 cup coconut.

7. Allow to cool before serving – it will crisp up as it cools. Enjoy!
