These snickers scrolls are full of chocolate and peanut butter goodness and are super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Cup Flour of choice
- 1/2 Tbs Aluminium Free Baking Powder*
- 1 Tbs Organic Rice Malt Syrup*
- 1 Tbs Peanut Butter*
- 1 Tbs Almond Milk
For the Filling
- 1 Tbs Organic Raw Cacao Powder*
- 1 Tbs Organic Rice Malt Syrup*
- 1 Tbs Peanut Butter*
- 1 Small Handful Chocolate chunks*
- 1 Small Handful Unsalted Blanched Peanuts* Crushed
METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°c.

2. Mix scroll ingredients together to firm a thick dough and roll into a long rectangle.

3. Mix filling ingredients together and spread over dough. Sprinkle over choc chunks and peanuts.

4. Roll into a scroll and either cut in half or leave as one and bake for 15 minutes.

5. Serve with a drizzle of cacao sauce and extra peanuts on top. Cacao sauce is made by mixing cacao powder with rice malt syrup.
