A 5-minute blender breakfast to start your day off well!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes*
- 2 tbsp Aussie walnuts*
- 1 tbsp chia seeds*
- 1 tbsp locally-sourced bee pollen*
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 whole frozen banana peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh banana sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries washed and sliced
METHOD

1. In a blender or food processor, purée frozen berries, frozen banana and coconut milk until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.

2. Arrange fresh banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, walnuts chia seeds and bee pollen on surface of smoothie bowl and serve.
