Tasty and Crunch Fruity Granola

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup organic oats
- ½ cup almonds
- ¼ cup walnuts crushed
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pepitas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- ¼ cup goji berries
- ¼ cup dried blueberries
- ¼ cup inca berries golden berries
METHOD

1. Combine the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, cinnamon, and cacao powder. Set aside.

2. Melt the Nut Butter and Honey:
In a small pot (or microwave), gently melt the honey and nut butter until they form a smooth, creamy mixture.

3. Mix and Form Clusters:
Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated. Press the mixture into clusters to form those irresistible granola chunks.

4. Air Fry for a Crunchy Finish:
Place the granola mixture in your air fryer and cook at 160°C for around 8 minutes. Be sure to check at the 5-minute mark to make sure it’s not burning.

5. Add the Fruity Twist:
Once the granola is done and slightly cooled, stir in the goji berries, dried blueberries, and inca berries for that fruity kick.
