Vegan French Toast

Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. But who said it has to be boring?
This super delicious Dairy Free French Toast recipe will definitely help you start your morning right and will give you all the energy you need to tackle the day's activities!

INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Plant based milk
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon *
- ½ tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Slices Quality thick Sourdough
- 1 tsp Coconut oil *
METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients apart from the bread, coconut oil + toppings in a bowl. Whisk with a fork and then place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes until it thickens a little

2. Add one sourdough slice to the bowl and soak each side for about 5-10 seconds. Repeat with the other sourdough slice.

3. Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, then add the sourdough slices and cook for 3-5 mins a side, until golden brown.

4. Remove, serve, and top! I added more maple syrup, strawberries, blueberries and coconut shreds.
