Whipped coffee is all the rage right now, and it’s no wonder why!
Not only does it look dreamy in a cup, the consistency is soft and cloud-like which will have you dipping your spoon in for another delicious mouthful.
We’ve kicked it up a notch and used our Naked Foods Mermaid Latte mix for a truly magical experience.
Not only does this cuppa wow the crowds with its lovely blue hue, it’s packed with an infusion of sea minerals, blue superfoods and adaptogenic herbs that your body will love you for.
This gorgeous mix includes Ayurvedic chai spices, creamy coconut milk and Manuka honey which complete the exotic flavours to deliver the perfect ‘me time’ coffee alternative!
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 tsp of Mermaid Latte mix
- 1 cup your chosen milk (we love this with coconut milk!)
METHOD

1. Place 1-2 teaspoons of Mermaid Latte Mix in a small bowl

2. Add a drizzle of your chosen milk and whisk (preferably electric for ease) and until it becomes a smooth, creamy ‘dollop’ consistency.

3. Pour half of your chosen cup with milk and top it with the gorgeous blue mix.
Enjoy this beverage either hot or cold!
